California ETEC – Your California Partner for Short-Term Programs & College Placements

California ETEC is a California-based education consortium established in 2003 that works closely with overseas study agencies to bring international students to Los Angeles City College (LACC), Long Beach City College (LBCC) and other trusted college partners across California.

We specialize in:

Short-term group programs (1–4 weeks) in California
Student placements into certificate, 2-year, and transfer programs at our partner colleges
Full support services from initial inquiry to arrival and ongoing study
Short-Term Programs in California (1–4 Weeks)

California ETEC designs custom short-term programs for student and teacher groups. Programs can be offered:

With academic credit (in cooperation with our college partners), or
As non-credit study tours / training programs

What's more, CA ETEC can provide program coordination from pre-arrival online introductory classes, travel management( airport pick-up, hotel/accommodations, school and event transit, excursion facilitation) and bi-lingual support, as needed.

Student Placements at LACC, LBCC & Partner Colleges. In addition to short-term programs, California ETEC provides full support for individual student placements at:

Los Angeles City College (LACC)
Long Beach City College (LBCC)

Other selected California community colleges and training providers. We assist agents and their students with:

Program selection and eligibility guidance
Application and document support
Coordination with college international offices
Pre-arrival information (housing options, insurance, etc.)
Airport pickup / orientation arrangements (where available)
Ongoing communication with agents during the student’s stay
